Our in-shop services allow customers to have the ability to drop off their computers to be worked on within the shop. If we can't tell you what is wrong with your device when it is brought to us, we will call you with the devices problem and the steps needed to repair it. We always keep our customer in the loop on what is happening or what part needs to be replaced, either through a phone call or a message.
