How soon will my order ship after I submit it? 

 All orders usually ship within 24 hours after recieving your order.  An order tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

 Our preferred carrier is United Parcel Service.  When you checkout your order you will have a choice of Ground, 3 day Air, 2 day Air, Next Day, etc. All orders will automatically have shipping insurance.

Where do you ship to?

 We will only ship orders inside the Continental United States.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.  On orders paid by PayPal,  we require a PayPal confirmed shipping address.

 What is the delivery time for orders?

 The delivery time depends on your destination.  Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 days after shipping them.

What is your Return Policy?

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our RMA Department for return instructions.

 Any item may be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.  The cost of defective merchandise including the original shipping fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise.  Non-defective merchandise is ONLY RETURNABLE IF UNOPENED and will be credited at original invoice price minus freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 20%. Credit will be applied upon receipt of item in original condition.  Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. You are responsible for all freight charges. No returns or credit requests will be accepted after 14 days of order receipt. 

 You must contact us to get an RMA number before returning the product. Please provide us the invoice number, product SKU number and reason you would like to return the product.
